Room Rates:
Double Occupancy rate means the 1st bed; the second price is if
2nd bed is used; $10 charge per each additional person. Each cabin/suite
includes: an in-room continental breakfast, cable television,
wireless internet access, and a fully-equipped kitchen, in addition
to full use of the 10-person community hot tub, fire pit, barbeque
grill, and playground equipment. (Add 8% to rates below for Idaho
lodging tax.)

An additional cleaning fee will be charged for pets - $5.00 for
small dogs and $10.00 for large dogs and cats. We request that
all pets are kept off the beds.
Reservations:
Please call to determine availability. A credit card number will
be required to hold the room. A minimum of two (2) nights reservation
is required on holiday weekends.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservation cancellations (with the exception of Oct-Nov) must
be received within 24 hours of arrival time to prevent an automatic
charge for the room.
Due to high demand during hunting season (Oct-Nov), changes or
cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the first day of stay
and no refunds will be issued due to early departure. Please do
not hesitate to call for availability, even during peak hunting
season.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-in time is at 2:00 p.m. Earlier check-in can be arranged
if the unit was not occupied the previous night. Check-out time
is at 12:00 p.m. Later check-out times can usually be arranged
with management approval.
Miscellaneous:
All of the units are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the
porches only.
Sorry, our rooms are not equipped with phones. A central phone
is available for local calls. For long-distance calling, a calling
card or toll-free carrier must be utilized. Due to our rural area,
there is no cell-phone service available.
RV Rates:
RV Sites are $20.00 per night, which includes electric, water,
and sewer hook-ups, wireless internet access, and use of all outdoor
amenities.
